According to a press release, Mayor London Breed is hosting a Lunar New Year 2023 celebration inside San Francisco City Hall in the rotunda that is part of her public schedule.

We’re not sure why, but this event isn’t listed on the official city Lunar New Year page – https://sf.gov/lunar-new-year, but the press release was issued on 1/29/23 so we’re confident this event is actually taking place.
