Sign up, answer some quizzes, and get matched with your singular soulmate from San Francisco State University right before Valentine’s Day. Find who’s most compatible with you based on personality, dating styles, preferences, and interests – whatever’s important to you.
Matches will be sent on Feb 13.
Why?
Nearly 60% of college students report feeling lonely, and a large percentage say they’re single and struggling to meet people.
We know we have a method that helps people connect with each other in a real way. We’ll assign a compatibility percentage to each pairing in the project, a “match score”, and give SFSU students their One just in time for Valentine’s Day. We want to show how data-backed matches can create genuine compatibility.
Who’s Behind This?
This project is run by Firefly in collaboration with SFSU students. Firefly is a community-built dating platform that stands for meaningful connections, transparency, and a user-first experience. We want to make a world where everyone can find a match that aligns with their true personality and values.
Our goal is to bring this experiment to more campuses, but we’re starting at SFSU.”
