San Francisco Street Clean Up | Castro

‘The Clean Mission’ was started by Mission residents to bring the local community together and make the streets of San Francisco trash-free.

• What we’ll do: We will be meeting at the Pink Triangle Park (Intersection of Market St and 17th St. in the Castro) on Sunday, Sept 22 at 10 am. We will then canvas the area from 10am-noon, make the neighborhood as clean as possible, then have food/drink at Hi-Tops nearby. All ages are welcome and attending is a great way to have great conversation and meet like-minded people. Gloves, garbage pickers, and trash bags will be supplied and the disposal of trash will be taken care of.
• What to bring: If you bring a water bottle, remember to grab your reusable bottle to reduce waste.
• Important to know: Garbage bags, gloves, and garbage pickers will be supplied for you.
