San Francisco Theater Pub’s “The Morrissey Plays” | PianoFight

January is the saddest month of the year, so this year SF Theater Pub is doing a tribute to the saddest singer of all: Morrissey. Yes, Morrissey.

For four nights only, SF Theater Pub proudly presents a series of shorts by Stuart Bousel, Pete Bratach, Jessica Chisum, Allie Costa, Barry Eitel, Libby Emmons, Anthony Miller, Kylie Murphy, Alan Olejniczak, Susan Petrone, and David Robson. Each one celebrates or eviscerates the Sultan of Sad himself, soulful, melodic, egomaniacal, most certainly insane, utterly irrestistable: Morrissey.

Performances are free, with a $10 suggested donation, and seating is first come, first serve. Get there early to enjoy PianoFight’s full bar and menu.
