UPDATE: Due to COVID-19 concerns, this event has been postponed.

Join on Saturday, April 4th for San Francisco’s 15th Annual Walk Against Rape. The Walk Against Rape is a 2.2 mile march through the Mission District of San Francisco. We march to Raise Awareness about sexual violence; to Educate the Communities about services for survivors and programs to educate and end sexual violence; to Raise Money for San Francisco’s only community based rape crisis center; to Create Community; and to Make Visible What Has Historically Been Silenced and Invisible.

While registration is Free, participants are invited to raise funds and awareness in support of services for survivors of rape and sexual assault. All proceeds will benefit San Francisco Women Against Rape’s services for survivors of rape and sexual assault.

SFWAR offers the following programs and services: 24-Hour Crisis Line, Counseling and Support Groups, Case Management, Prevention Education, Medical and Legal Advocacy, and Community Organizing. All services are free, confidential, and available in a multitude of languages.
