Originally scheduled to re-open on July 1st (and then paused by the city a few days before), the San Francisco Zoo is trying again and plans to reopen to the general public on July 15th. (Member preview days are July 13-14)
UPDATE: Gavin Newsom ordered indoor operations at zoos closed statewide on July 13th It appears everything is still on with the zoo reopening on July 15th and just indoor locations closed to the public.
New changes included limiting attendance to 50% of the zoo’s capacity and mandatory face coverings. Online reservations can be made starting July 11th at Noon.

New procedures include:
•Online reservations (for both paid guests and Members)
•Mandatory face coverings
•New “rules of the road”
•Hand sanitizer stations are available throughout the park
