Join us for our First Saturday Health Party! We’re giving you a day of wellness, fun, activity, excitement, and community bonding, where ALL SERVICES ARE FREE! We’re offering massage & acupuncture services (limited spots available), a cardio class, a dance class, herbal tea and aromatherapy spray making workshops, a delicious lunch catered by Gumbo Social, and a Beating the Holiday Blues discussion with Dr. Brenda Wade.
