Event Details

Join Robert Reich, the Directors and Producers of the film, and the Goldman School of Public Policy for a special Q&A and screening of Saving Capitalism.

About the Film:

A pivotal moment in American history. In Saving Capitalism, Robert Reich steps out of the liberal bubble, and goes on a road trip through the heartland of America. This is a journey within a journey — the emotional journey of Robert Reich traveling through America in the hopes of finding common ground, and the intellectual journey of discovering what American Capitalism is in time to save it.

The time is critical. We are as divided politically and economically as at any moment in recent memory. At tipping points like this, the anger can be focused positively — towards constructive reform — or negatively towards demagogues and fear-mongering. That’s why Robert Reich hits the road, to discuss the economy with the people that don’t normally hear Reich talk. It’s about getting a message to people that need to hear it at this critical time in our nations history.

Doors open at 5:30. Screening begins at 6:00 pm, with Q&A with Reich, the directors, and the producers immediately following.Free but an RSVP is required.
