Inside Scoop is the Pollen Initiative’s annual fundraising event that brings formerly incarcerated supporters, activists, administrators together with the community to raise money to support the organization’s growth and operation. The event provides a unique opportunity to learn directly from beneficiaries of the program’s media center experience about the impact the work had while they were incarcerated, the history of media centers in prisons, and why the initiative is so essential for representative storytelling, job skills development and more. Live and silent auctions will follow cocktail hour and a catered dinner.
