Secret Creek Exploration | Glen Park

This walk will be muddy. You’ll visit Islais Creek in Glen Canyon, public land above Glen Park. Islais, or this tributary of the Islais creek system, is one of the better known of the creeks running above ground in San Francisco. You’ll also visit springs, seeps and historic pond locations. The walk will be sometimes hilly, four miles or so in length and three to three and a half hours.

The starting location will be at Douglass Playground at 26th & Douglass Streets. RSVPs welcome but not required. Bring snacks to share. Feel free to call if you have questions.
