Secrets of Sotol Virtual Tasting Experience

In this week’s virtual tasting experience we’ll be diving into the lesser known Mexican spirit of Sotol with our featured makers from Balam Sotol and Mexicat Sotol. We’ll learn all about how it is made, taste through examples, and discuss it’s similarities and differences to it’s regional spirit sisters, Mezcal, Tequila, and Racilla.
