The Five Senses of Community

Join us for a transmedia exploration of interconnectedness in 2021.

SF FunCheap readers can get tickets for $5 donation, and will have gallery fees (20%) waived for any purchases of Tyler Atura Bushnell’s art — including prints.

How has a year of involuntary isolation for some (and involuntary, dangerous proximity for others) reshaped how we think of community? What makes, breaks, and fakes our connections to one another in the year 2021? Ten artists will respond to these questions in a series of collaborative performances spanning the five senses and multiple media—from sculpture to music, words to candles, painting to edible ferments, drawing to performance art.
Featuring art & writing by Tyler Atura Bushnell, Chelsea Davis, Brad Detjen, Antony Fangary, Chris Guichet, Christine No, Kate De Palma, Alejandro Schuler, Sean Skwerer, & Amin Younes.
Proof of vaccination & masks required.

Tickets are limited; please buy yours in advance through the Eventbrite page linked below. $10 suggested donation to help the artists cover event costs; NOTAFLOF.
