Beats for Lunch, the midday dance party brought to you by the merry pranksters at SunsetSF, aims squarely at the lethargic routines of round-bellied office workers and delirious dot-commers, prompting them to get ready to get sweaty during lunch hour.

Beats for Lunch eschews treadmills in favor of tech house; and lunch meetings in favor of DJ dance floor freedom.

Beats for Lunch is back again, bringing you a side of dancing for your lunch time break.

As always, the rules are simple: enter, dance, take away a delicious meal to enjoy back at your desk or wherever the day takes you from there.

Free, but an RSVP is required.

Dancing is Mandatory.

They will have to-go prepared lunches of the highest quality available for purchase.
