Event Details

Enjoy biking through Golden Gate Park? There are plans to improve one of the most popular bike paths and here’s your chance to put in your two cents.

John F. Kennedy Drive Bikeway Community Meeting:

Come to the County Fair Building (in the park itself, so you get another chance to use its paths) to meet with neighbors, SF MTA officials and SF Rec & Parks staffers to discuss plans for bikeway improvements. Help them evaluate possible configurations and let them know what you’d like to see in the new bikeway.

Route discussed: JFK Drive from Stanyan Street to Transverse Drive (roughly near 25th Avenue)

It’s not too often you get to speak up on the sort of municipal project that affects you so directly so make it an evening. It’s Monday night so it’s not like you’re missing out on the best party night anyhow.
