Event Details

Celebrating African American Arts & Culture, the San Francisco Giants will host their first Jazz Fest at AT&T Park on Friday, August 13, in Lefty O’Doul Plaza from 3-7 p.m., just prior to the Giants versus Padres game at 7:15 p.m.

Free and open to the public
– JazzFest is located just outside the AT&T Park on the 3rd Street side of the park and near the O’Doul/3rd Street Bridge near the Juan Marichal statue.

Live Music From:

  • Sam Reider and The Lost Boys –  award winning pianist and vocalist who debuted at the Columbia University Composer’s Concert in Harlem last May.
  • Marcus Shelby –  bandleader of Columbia Records and GRP Impulse! Recording Artists Black/Note and is currently the artistic director and leader of The Marcus Shelby Jazz Orchestra.

In addition to the musical performances, the Jazz Fest will feature authentic southern food and spirits, African art and ethnic jewelry from local vendors and artists.
