The Creative Code Intensive is a foundational program for artists, designers, and technologists looking to expand their practice through media literacy, computational art, and experiential design.
Returning from a multi-year hiatus, this year Gray Area has hosted 16 participants in the program who will be exhibiting their work. Participants have created work spanning interactive installations, educational experiences, and audiovisual immersion. Collectively, their works examine themes of belonging, personal history, and cultural identity in a time where technology mediates social interaction and communication.
Gray Area provides creative and artistic development resources to artists, technologists, and organizations. We offer Incubator and Education programs that integrate design, technology, and social impact to foster a more equitable digital future. Our showcases encourage audience involvement and inspiration.
