Classic San Francisco Movies: SF Library’s Free Film Festival | 2014
Enjoy free movies all summer long at your neighborhood library during the 3rd Annual San Francisco Library Film Festival. Every movie being screened is either set in San Francisco or was filmed here.
The 2014 edition of this free film festival features San Francisco classics including the amazing car chase scenes of Bullitt, a screening of Milk at the Milk Library, monsters destroying San Francisco in the 1950s in It Came From Beneath the Sea and more.
Free popcorn? Several of the screenings (though none at the Main Library) will have free popcorn.

48 Hours | Classic San Francisco Movies: SF Library’s Free Film Festival | 2014In 48 Hrs., Eddie Murphy‘s first film, he portrays a convict, temporarily released to help the hard, street-tough cop (Nick Nolte) track down two cop killers.
This comic pairing engages in action and comedy during their search for the two criminals, all in just 48 hours.
