Event from 4:45-7:00pm with one intermission

 

Join SF in SF – Science Fiction in San Francisco – for an afternoon of science, fantasy and fiction with authors Annalee Newitz, Andrea Stewart, and Julia Vee.

 

Each author will read a selection from their work, followed by Q&A with the audience; book signing and schmoozing follows.

 

Event is moderated by author Cliff Winnig and hosted by Rina Weisman.

Books will be for sale before and during the event. All ages are welcome.

 

ABOUT THE AUTHORS

Annalee Newitz’s latest book is The Terraformers, an illuminating exploration of the future. She is also the founder of i09.com, and co-host of the Hugo Award winning podcast, Our Opinions are correct.

Andrea Stewart, a major new voice in epic fantasy, is the author of the action-packed trilogy, The Drowning Empire: The Bone Shard Daughter, The Bone Shard Emperor, and the Bone Shard War.

Julia Vee, with co-author Ken Bebelle, is the author of the magical Ebony Gate, a “female John Wick story with dragon magic set in a contemporary San Francisco Chinatown.
