SF in SF: Science Fiction in San Francisco

Science Fiction in San Francisco stages a monthly series of readings and movie screenings hosted by Terry Bisson.

The suggested donation is $5-$10 at the door and includes free popcorn.

All events take place at The Variety Preview Room (1st floor of The Hobart Building) and proceeds from the events go to the Variety Children’s Charity.

Come spend the evening with two of genre’s finest practitioners, John Shirley and Richard Kadrey, as they each read a selection from their recent work. San Francisco is fortunate indeed to have the two of them here in residence.

Each author will read a selection from their work, followed by a Q & A session with the audience, moderated by author Terry Bisson. Booksigning and schmoozing in the lounge follows. Books for sale at event, courtesy of Borderlands Books.

  • 6:00PM – doors and cash bar open
  • 7:00PM – event starts
