Sunday, 12/1 – A Merry-Achi Christmas – Led by the incomparable José Hernández, Mariachi Sol de México® returns to Davies Symphony Hall for their annual musical tribute to Mexico’s Christmas traditions. Experience a multicultural celebration as the ensemble sings and plays holiday favorites from both Mexico and the United States in a vibrant performance you won’t want to miss. (7:30p)

Monday, 12/2Holiday Cirque – Troupe Vertigo’s spellbinding performances ignite the imagination through stunning physical feats choreographed into works of art. In their return to the San Francisco Symphony, the company brings their innovative mix of circus, dance, and theater to a festive new holiday show. (7:30p)

Tuesday, 12/3 & Wednesday 12/4The Colors of Christmas – Join the San Francisco Symphony and legendary vocalists Peabo Bryson, Jackie Evancho, Jennifer Holliday, and BeBe Winans for a spectacular program of Christmas classics and greatest hits. (7:30p)

Thursday, 12/12 & Saturday, 12/14The Muppet Christmas Carol (In Concert) – Join Kermit the Frog, Miss Piggy, and all the hilarious Muppets in this merry, magical version of Charles Dickens’ classic tale. Michael Caine stars as penny-pinching Ebenezer Scrooge who learns the true meaning of Christmas. Watch this beloved holiday classic on the big screen as the Symphony performs the score live.  (7:30p + 2p performances)

Friday, 12/13Holiday Gaiety – ’Tis the season to be merry and gay! Co-emceed by conductor Edwin Outwater and drag sensation Peaches Christ, this adult-themed holiday variety show guarantees an evening of festive fun and fabulous flair. Hear holiday hits played by the San Francisco Symphony and be regaled by a star-studded lineup of iconic guests, delectable vocalists, and drag queens galore! This program includes mature content. Tuesday, 12/17 & Wednesday, 12/18Holidays with Boyz II Men and the SF Symphony – Experience the incredible harmonies and soulful sound of this Grammy Award–winning trio as they take the stage with the San Francisco Symphony in a concert featuring orchestrated versions of original hits like “End of the Road,” I’ll Make Love to You,” “On Bended Knee,” and more, along with holiday favorites. (7:30p)

Thursday, 12/19, Friday, 12/20 & Saturday, 12/21Elf (In Concert) – The hilarious Will Ferrell stars in a story of an elf who doesn’t quite fit in New York City. This comical and heartwarming holiday classic comes to the big screen as John Debney’s score is played live to picture. (7:30p + 2p performances)
