Celebrate the social publishing of Sidewalk Ritual by Scott Andrew James with art, music and a microbrew inspired by the novel (we’re not sure if the beer is free), as well as live readings from the book by “Broke Ass” Stuart Shuffman, Bryant “Killa Cali” Phan and Donald Tetto.

And now for a few words from the author…

When I started writing Sidewalk Ritual, it was just me sitting in San Francisco’s Dolores Park with a blank page, a dream, and my typewriter. Today, I’m holding the first edition in my hand, and it’s time to celebrate!

I’ve been fortunate to work with many talented Bay Area painters, photographers and musicians on this project. Each artist and musician created an original work inspired by the novel. Those paintings and photographs will be on display at Incline Gallery, and the musicians will be there playing their new songs for the first time in public. To top it off, Artisan Brewing has crafted a special edition Sidewalk Ritual IPA, on tap for your enjoyment.
