San Francisco Youth Theatre presents ANDI BOI, the story of a transgender teen entering his first year of high school. While Andi navigates public school and friendships, he struggles with the mixed response he receives from his community about his identity. ANDI BOI is a story about acceptance, confidence, and of course, video games.
Created and premiered at Dallas Children’s Theatre in 2020, ANDI BOI has since been banned due to Texas state law. SFYT is proud to present the West Coast Premiere of this impactful play to honor the experiences of trans youth told with a multi-aged cast of teens and adults.
