Who wants to do a scavenger hunt with a grand prize? Now until November 4th, comb the city of San Francisco to find all the promos for Artspan’s 2022 SF Open Studios featuring Rachel Perls’ painting, “Swirling Dahlia”. Over 4 weekends this fall, from October 22-November 13, the general public is invited to visit artist-hosted open studios throughout the city of San Francisco.
Where do I look?
There are now Artspan SF Open Studio billboards and posters up all around the city: BART and city kiosks, billboards, MUNI buses..they are everywhere!
How do I participate?
1.)Take a selfie with the billboard or poster
2.) Post on IG and FB with the hashtags #SFOSScavengerHunt #RachelPerls , #SFOS2022
3.) Add the location of where you found it
What do I win?
The person who finds, photographs, and tags the most locations will win a choice of one of 2 limited edition prints ($175 value). Winning print must be picked up November 5 or 6th from 111 Minna Gallery during Perls’ open studios.
Logistics:
Your profile needs to be public, at least for during the contest.
•You have until November 4th at 5 PM PST to post all your photos.
•After the deadline, we will check the hashtags listed above. The person who found the most locations (no cheating by using someone else’s photos), will win the scavenger hunt. If there is a tie, we will do a random drawing to pick the winner, which will be announced over Instagram.
