SF’s “Great Highway” Closed on November 11 for Veterans Day

On Veterans Day, November 11, the Great Highway will be closed to vehicular traffic for the observed city holiday. The Great Highway is closed to vehicles on weekends, Friday afternoons and holidays. The gates will be closed at 6 a.m. on Thursday, November 11. The gates will reopen the following morning, Friday, November 12 at 6 a.m., then close again at noon per the regular Friday procedure.
