SF’s “Bhangra & Beats” Night Market 2026
San Francisco’s beloved Bhangra & Beats Night Market returns in 2026 for two massive celebrations, including a special Diwali edition this fall.
For the first time ever, the city’s biggest South Asian cultural celebration takes over Yerba Buena Gardens, bringing its signature mix of Punjabi beats, Bay Area nightlife energy, food, dance, shopping, and community into one of downtown SF’s most iconic arts destinations.
Happening Friday, July 24 and Friday, November 13, 2026 (Diwali Celebration) from 4pm to 9pm, the free, all-ages event transforms Yerba Buena Gardens, Jessie Square, and Yerba Buena Lane into a vibrant open-air festival packed with live music, DJs, dance performances, cultural activities, food vendors, cocktails, shopping, and plenty of space to dance.
Led by Bay Area favorites Non Stop Bhangra, the event blends traditional Punjabi rhythms with a high-energy outdoor dance party atmosphere featuring live drummers, DJs, community dance lessons, and interactive performances throughout the evening.
Since launching in 2023, Bhangra & Beats has grown into one of San Francisco’s most popular cultural street festivals, drawing more than 75,000 attendees and helping pioneer the city’s modern night market scene.
