Join the Chinese Historical Society of America and partners for a public celebration unveiling a new mural and dedicating a historic plaque honoring Wong Kim Ark at 701 Grant Avenue, San Francisco Chinatown, on June 26, 2026. The event commemorates Wong Kim Ark’s role in establishing birthright citizenship in the United States, featuring artwork by local Chinese American artists and keynote addresses from city officials and community leaders. The ceremony highlights the history and resilience of the Chinese American community.
