Event Details

Fix-it, don’t trash it! Join craft experts and community partners at the new Innovation Lab at India Basin Shoreline Park for a 5-day DIY extravaganza!
Learn and show off new skills in fixing, upscaling, crafting, and playing together. Anyone of all ages can try their hand at renovation, repair, and creative repurposing. Discover how to work towards being a part of a community that repairs more than it purchases.
There will be a different workshop each day, from bike repair and skateboard fixes, to home, garden and fashion upgrades. Meet the experts and explore new ways of making things work.
This fun, free, five-day community event is hosted by the Randall Museum in collaboration with the San Francisco Recreation and Parks Department, Culture of Repair, SCRAP, and the A. Philip Randolph Institute.
