San Francisco libraries welcome multi-media music, storytelling, circus performers, puppet shows, and more throughout the month of March with the Performing Arts Festival 2014.

Presented in light and shadow, The Cat Drum is a story from the Caribbean about how the cat got its purr, suitable for ages 4 and older.

Sean Powers has been working as a story-teller, illustrator, and musician for over twenty years. Ten years ago he discovered shadow puppetry as a medium to combine his talents.
