Merging the dynamic and often polar worlds of science and art, Oakland artist Chris Pew explores ideas of a complex cosmos and different trajectories for the unobservable universe. Utilizing various digital and analog techniques for motion and sound, these ideas are brought together and presented in an abstract narrative.

Chris Pew will be presenting a 20-30 minute live performance based around fundamental assumptions for building an abstract cosmology. Afterwords he will be presenting a mix of previously shown and undisplayed video work.
