Shop, Get, Give: Giant Recycled Fashion Night w/ 3,000+ Items | SF

ModaVive presents an evening of recycled fashion for a good cause on May 8, 2014 in San Francisco.

They’ll be opening up the ModaVive headquarters for Shop | Get | Give, for a chance to explore an inventory of over 3,000 new and gently used women’s apparel items that benefit charitable causes such as buildOn, the United Nations Foundation’s Girl Up campaign, Operation Smile, St. Jude’s and more. Along with designer, contemporary and vintage fashion in sizes 0 to 20, they’ll have wine tasting, makeup by beauty expert Liz Fanlo, giveaways and free mini photo studio sessions for guests at this free, public event.

ModaVive is a San Francisco fashion startup that works with individuals, grassroots non-profits and community groups to raise money for the causes they care about with what’s in their closets – not their wallets. Their partners collect high-quality donations of designer, contemporary and vintage apparel that we professionally photograph, merchandise and sell online for 80% or more off retail. Fundraisers receive 60% of the proceeds for their cause.

They’ll have gowns, dresses, business, causal, maternity and vintage attire from designers that include Celine, Prada, DVF, Marc Jacobs, Badgley Mischka, Betsey Johnson, J. Crew, Banana Republic and much, much more.

Come shop, sip, socialize and give back to great causes and have your picture taken in their photo studio.
