Event Details

The first floor of a recently restored Montgomery Street Barracks building is the backdrop for the Before the Bridge exhibition.

The exhibit will focus on the Golden Gate Strait before the construction of the Golden Gate Bridge as the western gate to California and the Army’s role in defending the Gate. Before the Bridge creates an immersive experience of large images accompanied by recorded nautical and military sounds.
