ONE FOUND SOUND PRESENTS “SONIC BLOOMS”
AT HERON ARTS IN SAN FRANCISCO
One Found Sound, the San Francisco-based conductorless orchestra, has brought artistic excellence to San Francisco since 2013. Their twelfth season continues with an orchestral performance titled “Sonic Blooms” on Saturday April 5, 2025 at San Francisco’s Heron Arts. The program features the world premiere of FLUX//DRIVE by Ty Bloomfield, winner of the group’s 2024 Emerging Composer Award, and the West Coast premiere of Shubho Lhaw Qolo by the Emerging Composer Award runner-up Sami Seif. The program opens with Gustav Mahler’s Adagietto from his Symphony No. 5 and concludes W.A. Mozart’s iconic Symphony No. 40 in G Minor.
