Speakeasy Virtual Gala Feat. 2020 American Idol Top 10 Finalist – Grace Leer

Shhh… It’s a Speakeasy! But it’s no secret that doing good feels good.Set your inner rebel free and join us for our VIRTUAL gala to break down barriers so that all cancer patients may have better health outcomes. Music performances will be offered by special guest and East Bay native Grace Leer, 2020 American Idol top 10 finalist! Online auctions are open September 13 – 22 and there are some great and unique packages. Signature cocktail recipe provided. Awards presentations. Special feature film, shot locally at Auburn Lounge in Danville, CA. It is FREE to register and attend! We encourage you to give what you can during the event because we rely on public funding and, as one of our supporters likes to say, “It’s a charity bro!”

East Bay CA native, and now Nashville based country singer, Grace Leer will perform both original and familiar songs to entertain and inspire us. Grace was one of the Top 10 contestants on American Idol 2020.

The Invictus Award is presented to a cancer survivor who inspires hope and fights for all cancer patients. Lazarex is pleased to present the 2020 Invictus Award to Ohio resident Rhonda Long. Rhonda is a Lazarex VIP (very important patient) and a wonderful human being.

The Hands of Hope Award is presented to a volunteer who has given generously of their time, skills and energy, assisting Lazarex Cancer Foundation to fulfill our mission and to make hope real for the patients that we serve. We are honored to present the 2020 Hands of Hope Award to Rick Perez of Orinda, CA for his 4 Laura’s Ride cycling fundraisers across the USA.

Your participation will help Lazarex Cancer Foundation continue our mission and give the gifts of hope and time to cancer patients seeking life through clinical trial treatment. As our patient Charmaine said, “You’ve got to fight, and because Lazarex is in my corner, I can.”
