Noontime Concerts & NorCal MLK Foundation have announced the launch of MLK Celebration Week with a powerful concert dedicated to honoring the legacy of Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. The concert takes place TUESDAY, JANUARY 14TH from 12:30 – 1:30 pm at Old St. Mary’s Cathedral, 660 California St., San Francisco. This unique partnership combines the NorcalMLK Foundation’s mission of advancing civil and human rights with Noontime Concerts commitment to making high-quality classical music accessible to all.
Curated by famed pianist, Dr. Carl Blake who is also Music Director, this musical tribute features a world class group of artists: Hope Briggs, Soprano; Joseph Edelberg, Violin; Daniel Glover, Piano; Bradley Kynard, Baritone; William Underwood III, Flute and Carl Blake, Piano.
