As the nation approaches the 250th anniversary of the Declaration of Independence, this interactive exhibition at Los Altos History Museum explores America’s past, present, and future through national and local stories. Highlights include artifacts from the Bicentennial era, local connections to the Anza expedition, student poster contest winning entries, and opportunities for visitors to share their hopes for America’s 300th anniversary. Sponsored by AAUW Silicon Valley Branch, the Daughters of the American Revolution Los Altos Chapter, and the League of Women Voters of Los Altos–Mountain View Area.
