It’s a storytelling event where the point is to meet each other. At this one-of-a-kind, participatory event, you’ll have a chance to meet cool people as well as listen to real-life stories without notes or scripts.
Tell your friends, bring a girlfriend or a wingman, and come on down to Slate Bar for Spontaneous Storytelling from 7-9PM on the first Friday of every month.
An optional icebreaker game will seduce you into talking and mingling with the other people here. Then, you can put your name in the hat for a chance to tell your story on the theme. It’s called Spontaneous Storytelling because you don’t know the theme until the last minute. Or just hang out and listen. It’s a fun, casual alternative to the bar scene.
