Spontaneous Storytelling: True Stories & Free Drinks for Storytellers | SF
On Valentine’s day, join us as we celebrate, vent, laugh and tell stories about being single. Or about relationships, online dating, breakups, sex, or googly eyes. If it’s about love, there’s a story there.
It’s a storytelling show where you can share a true story from your life and win a free drink. Or just listen and laugh.
Put your name in the hat for a chance to tell a true, 5-minute story from your life. If you get called to tell your story, you win a free drink ticket.
Stories have to be true, about you (not your best friend) & 5 minutes or less. No notes or reading allowed. Storytellers will be chosen at random from the names in the hat. Occasionally we may have a special guest perform.
For the first half-hour of the event, we do a social game with everyone in the bar. The game is optional, but it’s a great way to warm up and meet people. Just grab a game card when you come in. Everyone in the bar will be here for this event.
Bring ID, 21+ only.
