Square Stops Here, fueled by Visa, is a free tour bus experience giving riders an unforgettable taste of San Francisco’s most iconic neighborhoods and an opportunity to support local businesses. Hop on. Hop off. And explore the spots that SF locals love. All while scoring a discount with your Cash App Visa Card at participating merchants. Terms apply.

Square Stops Here is a 3-day event running from Thursday 2/5 to Saturday 2/8. All tours start and stop in Hayes Valley. The first bus leaves around 10AM.

All times are subject to change.

FAQ

1. Will I receive an email after I register?

After you RSVP, you will receive a QR code via email. Please bring this QR code with you when you arrive for the tour. The QR code serves as proof of registration only and does not guarantee a seat on the bus. Seating and boarding are offered on a first come, first served basis, and each bus has limited capacity. If demand exceeds available seats for a given departure time, you may be asked to wait for the next available tour window.

2. How much does the bus cost?

The bus ride is completely free, but merchant experiences are not.

3. What are the bus operating hours?

The Square Stops Here bus will run from Thursday, February 5 to Saturday, February 7. Operating hours are between 10:00 AM and 7:00 PM PST.

4. How do I RSVP?

Each guest must RSVP using the link below to let us know you’re coming. Seats will be offered on a first come, first serve basis. If demand exceeds available seats for a given departure time, you may be asked to wait for the next available tour window, if one is offered.

5. Where does the Square Stops Here Bus go?

The Square Stops Here bus runs hourly, taking guests through some of San Francisco’s best neighborhoods. Riders can join the tour at any stop. The addresses below refer to the stops in each neighborhood listed in the tour routes above.
• Hayes Valley – 412 Hayes St
• North Beach – 1455 Stockton St
• Polk Gulch – 1817 Polk St
• Inner Richmond – 4201 Geary Blvd
• The Haight – 1400 Haight St
• The Mission – 1503 15th St
• Potrero Hill – 1469 18th St

6. Which merchants will be featured?

Select participating Square merchants will be featured on the tour. A full list of merchants will be updated on this site listed in the tour routes above. We’ll take you to the neighborhood. You create your own adventure by visiting participating Square merchants of your choice!

7. Who can ride the bus?

Everyone 18+ is welcome! No Minors. All riders must register via the RSVP link and sign the required waivers.

8. Can I book more than one day?

Yes! Guests are welcome to ride on multiple days, but you’ll need to register and obtain a new QR code for each day.

9. What is prohibited on the bus?

No smoking, littering, alcohol, glass, or weapons allowed on the bus.

10. Can I Hop On at Any Stop?

Yes, subject to seat availability, your QR code allows you to board the bus at any stop along the route for the day.
