Come see local bands play at Music City SF! For fans of punk, indie rock, and emo music seeing these up-and-coming bands is a must.

couldn’t deal. is a three-piece post-emo outfit from Berkeley, California. Formed in 2023, their tracks clash emo revival influences with punk and hardcore sounds. Frontman Jack Betterly-Kohn lays bare personal stories of love, life, and death, while Steven Ramos and Eric Dell’orco hold it down on drums and bass. Drawing inspiration from artists like Jeff Rosenstock, Hot Mulligan and Mom Jeans., this band meshes raw, personal lyrics with twinkly guitar riffs and push-and-pull energy that will keep you guessing what’s next.
