Check out this dreamy preview of SF pop’s newest video, Saalt flirts with disaster as she sings and skis her way down icy slopes to chase her mystery man down the mountain. Come watch the premiere of “Wasted“, followed by a live performance from local super group, Saalt. The night also kicks off with music from catchlight and My Evergreen Soul.

Saalt is the musical creation of Alisa Saario (bass) with bandmates Tyler English, Brent Curriden, and Nick Moore (members of of Everyone is Dirty, Travis Hayes, False Priest, and Cave Clove). Now based out of Oakland, Saario’s Pacific Northwest upbringing seeps into her gloom-drenched vocals with catchy swells and heavy hitting.
With bass-driving melodies, the music is low-end heavy while simultaneously swept away by the full and ambient vibrations of pedal steel. With intricately detailed drum beats and twinkling guitar licks, Saalt coaxes you into a stoner pop day dream.
