As a new Bay Area-based indie press, we love to enjoy books in community. If you do too, this is the event for you. We are Kokonut Head Media, a nonprofit literary educator and publisher, and we’re hosting an afternoon of reading, discussion, and community.
We’ll spend our afternoon reading and discussing two stories. The first is called “Naked I Come” by Roseline Mgbodichinma, and the second is called “Dame En Rouge” by Chidera Udochukwu. Each story takes less than 15 minutes to read aloud, so we’ll move through both as a group and spend the bulk of our time in discussion. No reading required beforehand.
