If you are interested in showcasing your stuffing please register. You will need to make at least a 8×8 amount of stuffing (more is welcome). You will need to provide a list of ingredients and a recipe and will receive instructions via email.
If you would like to attend please do not register and simply show up at 7pm. The amount of stuffing to taste will be limited by the number of participants in the showdown. All participants will have to sign a waiver as these stuffing’s are not made in a commercial kitchen.
