Come one, come all to this free carnival event for kids and adults on Thursday, May 23, 2019 at 13th and Broadway.

Enjoy crafts, carnival games, popcorn, cotton candy, churros, fun house mirrors and a balloon artist. Don’t miss this free afternoon of fun for all ages.

The Carnival is one of Oakland City Center’s favorite events; don’t miss it. Bring a few bucks for some carnival treats. Bring the whole family.
