SUPERB, the Student Union Program, Entertainment, and Recreation Board, is a student-run, non-profit organization dedicated to providing entertainment including free concerts, film series, comedy shows, trivia game nights and Q&A panels with today’s most prominent entrepreneurs and artists of the media and entertainment industry for the UC Berkeley campus and community.

ASUC SUPERB is excited to present the first ever “SuperbFest“. For the whole day and night on Saturday, March 11th, they will have these free events provided by all 10 of their departments.

Activities:

• 1 – 4 pm – Student Activities & Shows:  Lower Sproul will be hosting carnival games, a photo booth, and a showcase of student musical talent. This includes various student bands and DJs, as well as performances from UC Jazz and UC Men’s Octet.
• 4 – 7 pm – ILoveMakonnen Concert: ILoveMakonnen’s claim to fame came in 2014 when Drake released a remix to his hit song “Tuesday.” After this, the Atlanta based rapper gained attention in mainstream media, he released other hits songs such as “I Like Tuh” and “I Don’t Sell Molly No More.”
• 8 – 10 pm – Silent Disco: Throw on those oversized headphones and jam to the beat that everyone’s blasting. Silent Disco’s been sweeping the Bay Area– find out what all the hype’s about.
