On August 22, 2012, head to Union Square for free swing dance lessons, live music and DJs playing all sorts of swinging music from the 1930s thru the 1950s. Each week features a beginning swing dance lesson taught by various SF Bay Area teachers.
The DJ hits the decks at 6pm with a beginner dance lesson from 6:30pm till 7pm, concurrent with open dancing. Then at 7pm, see live country, roots, and rock’n’roll music by the Golden West Trio.
