Join them in another event with SF Portal, a wormhole between Hayes Valley, SF and Herat, Afghanistan facilitated by powerful live video technology in an innovative space. One of the last events in the space before it closes at the end of November.

Worlds Apart is the opportunity to hear a story slam between SF and Afghanistan. The theme of the night is “Worlds Apart: Stories of Journeys from SF and Afghanistan.” Listen to true tales of love and adventure as their 3 story tellers in San Francisco pair up with 3 story tellers live in Herat Afghanistan to take you on a journey through space and time.

Seats are limited and will be available on a first come first-served basis for a suggested donation of $10.
