Event Details

Raina Telgemeier writes comic books that boys and girls (and adults) love. She wrote the wildly popular Smile, set in San Francisco, and her latest book is Sisters. She will deliver a humorous discussion about growing up reading comics and how it affected the rest of her life.

She’ll also create some comics before your very eyes. Refreshments will precede the event courtesy of the Millbrae Friends of the Library and a book selling and signing opportunity will follow the event.
