NYC rockers Talking Heads and Ramones are two of the most influential bands to come out of NYC in the late ’70s. So let’s give ’em a tribute with a live band playing Talking Heads covers and DJ der Nutzeffekt is just gonna put on nothing but actual Ramones recordings — a lot of them.
Expect a loosey goosey “costume contest” of sorts, in which those of us who dress the part (Talking Heads styles, Ramones shirts, or just any sort of look native to NYC circa ’77).Plus the usual Berlin Style Ping Pong action (up to 20 people running around table with paddles taking turns hitting the ball like a big game of musical chairs)
