Tamale Lady Day 2026. Saturday, July 11 at Zeitgeist Beer Garden in the Mission.

Join us in celebrating the life and legacy of Virginia Ramos, The Tamale Lady SF. 

Experience an evening of great live music, films and even delicious hot-n-steamy tamales. Bands start at 4:20 PM featuring:

Vaxxines, Clencher, Earthrider, The Goat Family and Jimmy Duhig.   

See movies on the back wall at 9pm, with a special screening of the Rockumentary “Our Lady of Tamale,” by SF director Cecil B. Feeder. This musical doc reveals the love of the legendary Tamale Lady SF. 

The evening closes with the dark side of the Yin Yang. A screening of the bloody-zombie-cult short action movie Meter Maid Me Massacre”, featuring renowned martial artists Jino Kang and Dennis Ruel. Based in San Francisco takes off the metermaids heads! Movies, Bands and Tamales all day and it’s free! 

Tamale Lady Day 2026. Saturday, 7/11 starts at 4:20 and ends at 10pm. This tamale party will be at the flippin Zeitgeist. 199 Valencia St.  21 and over, wheel chair accessible.
