Tango in the Square | Union Square

There will be free introductory lessons in milonga, tango & vals (tango waltz).  With open dance floor and performances every first Sunday of the month, June through October.

About Jewels in the Square:The Jewels in the Square Performance Series brings live music, dance, outdoor movies and other entertainment to Union Square, showcasing upcoming and emerging talent with a unique San Francisco flair.

Programs are held from April through October on the main stage of the beautifully redesigned Union Square Park.  Events are generally held on Wednesdays at 12:30 pm and 6 pm, and on Sundays at 2 pm.  Jewels is an ongoing  program series sponsored by MJM Management Group and the San Francisco Parks Trust.
